Drury Healthcare ltd require a full-time Live-in carer to assist with one of our Service User’s within their own home in central Witham. The role involves working to a pattern within the monthly rota. one week on and one week off.

The successful candidate will work to the person-centred care plans whilst promoting independence and choice experience of learning difficulties and mental health is essential

Successful candidate must live within traveling distance of Witham as work is with client four days then at home on standby at weekends

The requirements of the role are as follows:
– Minimum of six months experience as Carer/support worker
– Experience of working with learning difficulties and mental health
